Jason Gerling always knew he would make a major impact as a musician. Back in 1994 he was at the top of the local music scene in winning local drumming competitions and performing regularly at all over the Twin Cities. At 23, Jason had big to move to New York or Nashville to launch his music career. But that all changed the night he fell asleep at the wheel after a late gig. The wreck that flipped his car 5 times left him paralyzed from the chest down and landed him in a wheelchair. He thought is music career was finished.
