Pole Vaulting Record

 

87-year-old Adolph Hoffman is looking to set the record for pole vaulting. Hoffman competes in the Senior Olympics and last year (at the age of 86) he won 7 medals out of 9. With those honors pole vaulting obviously isn't the only event he competes in. Hoffman also does the high jump, long jump, discus, shot, javelin, hammer throw and runs the the 100 meter and 200 meter dash. Plus he plays softball on a team for 75-years and up!
