Frozen Cat Survives

When animal control officer Hilary Cohen received a call about a frozen cat she never imagined that the story would have a happy ending. Annie had been missing for 5 weeks and dispite efforts and flyers put up by her owners no one had found her. Then Hilary got the call about a cat laying in the snow. While transporting the frozen cat in her warm vehicle its whiskers started to move and Hilary sped towards the animal hospital. Full article here.
