Unfortunately for Roberson, XXXXXXX is the code that police in Birmingham, Alabama enter on traffic tickets where the illegal car has no license. The fact that Roberson lives in Huntsville, an hour and a half north of Birmingham, doesn’t matter to the state traffic system’s computers.
