Drive-By Splashing

 

Kerry Callard of England is facing reckless driving charges for intentionally speeding through a puddle and splashing a bunch of kids at a bus stop . . . even though she claims they asked her to do it. The main evidence against her is this cell phone video her boyfriend took from inside the car while doing the annoying play-by-play.
