Dave's Health Shake Adventure

 

Wanna try this yummy shake for yourself?

1/2 pound chicken tenders - cooked
2 dozen eggs - 6 yolks (cooked just slightly in frying pan)
fresh broccoli, kale, spinach, red cabbage (cup of each)
1 can of tuna
2 cups brown rice - cooked
enough water to make it drinkable

Blend greens together, then blend meat and eggs, blend both together and then add rice last. Add water as you go to keep it smooth.

This should make enough for 4 servings. Keep sealed and refrigerate the part you don't drink for later in the day.
