"I thought I had seen everything until this morning! I was parking at Target to finish my Christmas shopping when I saw this older gentleman parking his car. Now at first I thought ok maybe he is having something loaded into his car because he was awfully close to the doors. He then exited his car and walked around to the rear (I presumed to open his trunk) but NOPE he was checking to see if he was in the no parking zone! I know all this sounds normal, but he wasn't waiting for something to be loaded, he actually walked into the store to shop. Obviously the handicap parking is not close enough to the door!!! Let's just say a picture is worth a thousand words!"
