Rose Ann Belluso took a sign to McCartney's show on Sunday in Philadelphia requesting that he sign her back with a marker she had brought along. When the singer called her up on stage and obliged, Miss Belluso, from Downington, Pennsylvania, decided to make the moment last forever.

A tattoo artist at Extreme Ink Tattoo Parlor in West Chester went over the signature on Monday.
