Heritage USA

In the 80's Heritage USA was only surpassed by Disneyland and Walt Disney
World

Heritage USA was created by Jim and Tammy Bakkerout as a camp ground
but quickly
grew to be the 3rd most visited theme park in the world attracting over
6 MILLION visitors!

The Main Street Shoppes looked sharp back in the day

The street looks a little empty today

This large "barn" building was where all the services were
held.

Today the sides of the roof are caving in

A view from the inside.... is that moss growing on the floor?

The pool was a great place to cool off

Today you couldn't pay us to take a dip in that sludge

The Heritage Inn used to b a great place to stay

Now it might be a little hard to even find the door...

This 500 room hotel was never completed and now sits abandoned.

There was a giant water park

This is the entrance to the water park from the Heritage Grand Hotel

The deserted water park has shrubs growing out of the cracks in the
pool floor

Bushes are taking over the curvy slides

The stagnant pools have lawn chairs (and who knows what else) floating
in them

The outdoor stage area

Apparently this show was not a sell out....

The train picked up riders at Buffalo Depo

This is Buffalo Depot as it sits today

The Kings Castle was originally suppose to be the world's largest Wendy's,
but was never completed.

After Jim Bakker left the PTL, this place was turned into a giant arcade
and go-cart track.
The inside looks like a small tornado blew through.

Guess they won't be charging admission....
