13th - 15th will have heavy winds
29th - 31st will be cold (around 15 - 20 degrees)

April

3rd - 10th will be warm (in the 40s)
11th - 15th will have wind & snow--"a covering" (possibly rain)
18th - 22nd will have Rain Showers
23rd - 30th will be warm & sunny

May

1st - 15th will be cool but not rain
17th - 22nd will have some rain -- "a good inch"
25th - 31st will be warm & sunny
