Frozen hamburger patties

Marinate all ingredients in a container in the refrigerator at least five hours.

Use a spatula to get burgers out of container, not tongs, to prevent burgers from falling apart.

Michaels' Magnificent Bratwurst

Good Brats(Johnsonville recommended)

6 pack Old Milwaukee

Soak Brats in Old Milwaukee....one beer per Brat in fridge

Then cook on grill.

Western Wrangler Steaks

Any steaks you want

Bottle of Western Salad Dressing

Put steaks and salad dressing in ziplock bag.

Keep in fridge at least 6 hours...the longer they marinate the better.

Grill and cut with fork!!

Greg's Stuffed Wagon Burgers

Sautee mushrooms and onions in teriyaki sauce

Hollow out one burger and place sauteed veggies in the hole. Toss in mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Top with diced

tomato. Place another burger on top of this concoction and pinch the sides to keep it closed. Wrap in foil and place on grill for a few minutes. Take foil off and continue to grill burger until desired doneness. Top off with cheese and enjoy.

Dennis' Loaded Loaf

Good rump roast. Cut strings and open up. Carve pocket and put in cut up onions, green peppers and other veggies. Season insdie to taste. Roll up, tie and marinate in One cup teriyaki, One cup Soy Sauce, Once Cup Worchestershire. Pour over roast. Marinate 24 hours. Wrap in foil, cook 45 minutes. Unwrap and cook until desired doneness.

TC's Teriyaki Ribeye "Guaranteed Best"

1 1/2 cup water

Soy Sauce

Sliced Gingeroot

5/6 cloves garlic cut in half

3 cups brown sugar

Marinate steaks overnight. Cook to taste.

Smitty's Spicy Pork

Debone, Defat and place chops in glass baking dish. Marinate in soy sauce and minced garlic 4 hours and grill to taste.

Beer Butt Chicken

Season whole chicken inside and out with garlic salt, oregano, paprika and pepper. Open a can of beer and sit the chicken down on the can. Place on grill and cook until chicken is done.
