February 1, 2008 My ex-boyfriend bought me an iPod while we are dating and now since we broke up I don't have access to my files which were on his computer. How do I get access to all my songs and my account? When you setup your iPod on your computer be sure to set it to manually synchronize. If you have it set to auto-synch it will remove them from your iPod since they aren't in your library yet. When you setup your iTunes (if you have the username and password for your old account) it will ask you if you want to transfer your information to the new computer. It should transfer everything into your library from your account. If you want to back up the files on your iPod before your try the set up you can use a program calledPod Player to extract your songs from your iPod

I can see it and listen to it on iTunes through my computer but on my iPod it is there and it just skips it. Yes, I have had this happen. If the song is pirated it wll probably not recognize it. Also, make sure the song is checked. Also you may have moved it on your computer and the file path won't be recognized.

Yes you can, but use it sparingly though as it is very alkaline (high pH) and adding large amounts to the soil can be harmful rather than helpful. This link has some great information. Also, depending on what type of plants or veggies you have in your garden, be sure to check if any of them are especially acid or alkaline loving.
Find a local radio talk show and start calling in with good information. Be someone who adds to the show on a regular basis (don't call every day and become a pain though). you are. Even if you have a DVD player and a DVD recorder hooked
up it won't let you copy a movie DVD as there is a protection
on most of them that will make the picture and audo go in if you
try to record.
Okay, we got a lot of answers on this one until someone e-mailed
to set us straight: The games were 3 parts. Two of them involved wild beasts. The first was a hunt, the second was to punish law breakers. So the primary use for it was for political advancement by pleasing the populace. There is NO evidence that the it was ever filled for naval games EXCEPT for 2 documents where it was reported that it had been filled. No one to this day knows how they did it, if they filled the aqueducts underneath the platform, it would have killed all the animals that were stored there. As far as we can figure Amish Women do not shave. Amish women do wear the small white "prayer cap" over their hair all day (can be removed while sleeping). Bonnets are worn when not in the home. The rules for wearing hats may differ in certain parts of the country but what we found was that married Amish women wear a black bonnet, single women wear white ones.

I dont remember who it was that a few weeks ago said that his dad approached him with a budget that he wanted him to take advantage of. It was said that it was hard but worth it if you could stick to the budget. I need to do a budget because I'm in need of some serious financial help. It was Bill who was talking about the *cash only* budget where you budget out your month and instead of using your debit card or check book you pay cash for everything. Makes you think more each time you hand over bills instead of just swiping the plastic each time you see something you want.

A caller said that her husband works in the Quad Cities for a business that goes around to dealerships and touches up cars before they are sold. In order to mark the cars that need to be touched up, they will put a sticker or some type of mark on the car's headlight. Then the guys know to fix any scratches or dents in that car.

May 4, 2007 I am going to my first Cubs game soon so I was wondering where is the best place to park? Wrigley has no parking so you have to just find a lot in the area. The neighborhoods all around have street parking but it is permit only for the residents so you will get a hefty ticket or get towed if you leave your car in front of someone's house. Dwyer says most of the businesses around the area use their lots for parking during the games but get ready to shell out $20 and possibly wait a long time to get out of the lot after the game if you are parked in. Brandy went to a concert at The Metro recently and she parked at a little lot right across from the theater for $12. Not sure if they raise the prices for Cubs game or not but it is only like 2 blocks from Wrigley. The lot is for the little restuarant: Wrigleyville Dog (3735 N Clark St., Chicago, IL) You can give 'em a call to check about parking in advance (773) 296-1500. Another option is to park at O'Hare and take the Metra in to the ballpark.

April 27, 2007 The the phrase "long time caller, first time listener" is always funny to hear but I realized I don't know what it's from. Was it in a movie or a TV show or where did it come from? Someone called in one morning who really was a first time caller and they wanted to tell us that but they were pretty nervous being on the air and said it backwards by mistake, then the next 3 people who called said it too to poke fun and it just stuck after that.
